Any other opponent I'd cheer for him.. Well, most of the time :good I don't have favourite fighters based on nationality, naturally in most cases I'd favour the British fighter, but it's not the be all and end all.

His chin has yet to bet tested at 140, I think its too early to say its OK at LWW.

 

I don't rate Maligaggi at all. The Diaz fight was about the most impressive he's ever been, against a brawler that shows nothing about his ability against Khan.

He was crap against N'dou, he scraped it.

He was crap against Ngoudjo, who rocked him badly with an overhand right and was unlucky to lose...homer decision IMO.

Cotto and Hatton both whooped his ass. Yes he was brave and tough but he got a beating, it wasn't that impressive.

As for his so called 'skills'...overestimated just because he looks pretty fast an slick for a white guy. He's one handed and not at all defensively sound.

 

just saw the vids of Paula on the pads in the GF and he looked like he was moving in slow motion to me.

 

It amazes me how many think this might be in any way competetive. Malignaggi doesn't have a single god damn attribute to win rounds in the fight. Every area he's actually strong in is a bigger strength of Khan's.

It could be 120-108 type job quite easily if it goes the distance which is likely.

 

Hope Paulie beats Him!

I ain't that patriotic, I like the fighter for his skills and personality not his birthplace.
