Potential Brit FOTY tonight?

Good fight, but Buckland only won a few rounds. Too one sided for FOTY.

I still feel Sykes vs Morris and Vassell vs Purdy were better, but it was certainly a good fight :good

 

thought it was great mate. not as 1 sided as some may say. murrey did win most rounds but buckland was thereall the way. full respect to the lad:thumbsup

 

I agree...why the **** did Buckland fight like that, hes a decent boxer with fast hands, not someone who can win by sitting in the pocket all night as he doesn't have the power. I think that when Murray eventually decides to face someone with a bit of snap and meat behind their shots he'll be in trouble.

 

i didn't enjoy that fight because it was too one sided. Buckland can take punishment and is a warrior but he had nothing to trouble Murray with!

 

I agree with this asessment.

 

Murray will not progress further his defence his leacky he is a pressure fighter but his shots arent that concussive when he meets a decent boxer he gets outboxed, when he meets a decent brawler he gets stopped.

John's style is a good deal more pleasing than Ricky's. I'm certainly not holding my breath for him to go as far, but I'll make sure to always tune in for him. :good

He was reminding me a bit of Jamie Moore in there but with less power.

Needs to find something else to step up from there imo
