NBA is the only fan Paul Williams has on here.... joking, but I think after Hearns, Williams is NBA's favorite fighter.

    THATS PIMP!

    WAR WILLIAMS!

This should be a hell of a fight.

Phuk Latin Fury Buster Number Version.

Hope Cintron does not get away with crying about a punch, complaining it was a head butt and letting his crying ass fight on.

Do us all a favor Mr. Williams, KNOCK THIS FOOL OUT!

    TY.

    :)

his face already looks drawn, and he has no legs

5.5 more pounds off that, and he would be a shell, imo

(and that last pound is always the hardest)

Did you read what NBA wrote earlier in this thread?

He told me he has to eat a good bit while training to get up to 154.

So if you can get under the 154 limit by 1.5 pounds and had to eat a lot to get there, then I don't see that getting to 147 is something that would be so debilitating for him.

i never believe what a boxer says about

    a. fight plan

    b. sparring

    c. pre-fight diet

but hey, if he can make 147, there could be some good fights there

Does Paul has the chin to take Cintrons money punch? When Paul bulks up in weight and cuts down is he doing it properly? The last thing he needs to lose is muscle.

Since you know him maybe you can answer these questions. I'm picking Paul Williams to beat Cintron rather easily.

It depends on how quickly he loses those 5lbs. In general the body can lose 5lbs a week safely. If you lose any more than this then you are losing muscle.

If Paul Williams knows his body and knows how to diet right he can get down to 147 rather easily. The question is whether 147 is his best weight. I think 154 is his best weight and 147 is a weight he can still comfortably make but he doesn't look as fast or as strong at 147. He looked his best fighting Winky Wright and Sergio Martinez.

While PW is thin, he really looks... in good condition. He's not dehydrated or anything.
If he were to clear liquids from his body, he'd probably make 147 quite confortably.

    Some people are naturally thin.

He looks thin... But he doesn't look nearly as bad as some guys do when they're makung weight. And there is a big difference in losing weight because of the natural energy consumption while training, and actually weight draining by losing weight to the point of being dehydrated, weakened, and ashed out. Paul looks better this time than I can remember him at weighins.

I have always maintained that him making 147 comfortably is not a big deal. Sure he wouldn't look lvery good, but he can do it... EASILY.

pwilly is the biggest fraud ive ever seen, the dudes got everyone convinced he's some kind of a beast when all he's done is beat carlo quintana and old ass winky wright (dont get me started about the martinez robbery)

he is margarito type 2.0, faster but the same, no skills throw 1000's of punches and wishes for the best.
