    Gavilan
and as good as he was, my wildcard is Napoles

Sorry for the honourable mention, but i'm torn between Gavilan and Burley.

So far, everyone has picked Napoles. That surprises me a bit. He's quite small and he cuts...

That's why i have him as my wildcard, not so much the cuts, but the strength.

Would you not be better off with Armstrong if you are going for a smaller guy? As an aside, Napoles-Armstrong, who you got?

I'd have to go for Armstrong in a head to head. Napoles would try everything i reckon, boxing, and find it difficult, working combos advancing forward would likely see him outlasted by Armstrong. Seen as though Armstrong is small himself though, i don't see it as Armstrong just sticking Napoles in a corner and pounding away, more that he outlasts him. Any thoughts yourself?

Like i said in my post above, if i'm getting rid of someone, i'd actually consider getting rid of Gavilan for Burley. Gavilan's more skilled with his hands how i see it, he's a surgeon in that regard, but ring generalship is no joke, and Burley seems to be the man there.

I like this list best so far. Mine:

    Kid Gavilan
    Charley Burley
    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Mickey Walker

Walker would out-monster Duran down the straight IMO.

He's only pre-empting the onslaught of PowerPuncher.

stevebhoy is a great poster though and he supports the right football team; I think you should let him off
