Khan does not have a criminal record. The driving offfences were civil offences.

The offences that Khan committed are obviously not a part of the issue here

They absolutely are. I am involved in the travel industry and I see this stuff all the time. You'd be surprised to learn that there are just as many David Smiths and John Wilsons that get turned down for entry as Abduls & Inzamams for fairly run-of-the-mill offences like pissing in public 7 year ago.

The Khan's of this world tend to get a bigger grilling at the entry points into the USA but everyone is treated the same before they get there.

Exactly. He's proven himself on 3 occasions to be a danger to the public, paralysing an old man, knocking a cyclist off his bike and speeding over 155mph. Its only fair that he isnt allowed into USA.

theyre driving offences u ****, thus not criminal offences but rather civil offences. Why shouldnt he be allowed in the usa? Hes clearly going there to box and defend his WORLD title. You must be an absolute douchebag to insinuate that he souldnt be allowed to fight in the states because of a few driving offences.

Ive read ur posts that uve written in the post and u r possibly the biggest ignorant **** ive ever interacted with :patsch

Careless driving is a criminal offence, so is speeding hence him being tried in a crown Court. As such he does have a criminal record.

Just because they wont send you to prison doesnt mean you dont get a criminal record. Anyway i'm starting to have serious doubts about amir's focus in america. I hope he stays focused and stops chasing that ass.

I doubt you'd have the same opinion if you or a member of your family was injured by his driving. He's also been involved in a couple of sex offences but I dont know if they were ever pressed further.
