    I could tap a bag 1000 times in a minute. Thats not really impressive because anyone can do it. It's far different than throwing 1000 punches in a minute.

    The trick is to use the least amount of energy in producing what would "count" as a punch, sooo power is not a relevant variable in such a test....

    seriously tho if u count those as "punches" then you may as well count the fist rolling on a speed bag, they probably do !!
