How's King Khan going to respond to a potentially hostile NYC crowd?

Is Khan too soft mentally and sheltered not to be affected by a hostile local reception?

Hostile? All the Yanks do is chant 'U.S.A., U.S.A., U.S.A.' I'm sure he'll be fine.

I think Khan in the first round will be a bit nervey, after that he should be fine.

Will it be that hostile though? Its only in the theatre at MSG and Paulie isn't that popular, i'd imagine he divides opinion even in his own town. Khan said the other week that he's taking a few fans over himself so i don't envisage it being too bad at all for Amir.

Well Let's look it like this, The fans who at Upton Park who will be supporting Mitchell will be baying for Katsidis Blood as he makes his long walk from changing rooms to ring.

In UK we become like a pack of blood thirsty animals...not all but you can tell it's a really intimidating atmosphere where as in the U.S.A it's more of a thrill and a excitement and pantomime atmosphere. Still great but i Khan has it far easier then what Katsidis will have it.

It wont be hostile at all. Neither are big ticket sellers. Both divide opinion even in their home cities/countries and it's in a theatre FFS.

Gaurantee it will be a shite atmosphere there. That shouldn't bother Khan at all !

Oh yeah and considering I just went on the US version of ticketmaster to check the availability of seats in each section. What I found is pretty much conclusive that it wont be a hostil environment.

$555 seats - Sections of 8,6,4 and 2 seats together available
$355 seats - Sections of 8,6,4 and 2 seats together available
$255 seats - Sections of 8,6,4 and 2 seats together available
$125 seats - Sections of 8,6,4 and 2 seats together available
$65 seats - Sections 4 and 2 seats together available

Who was saying it was sold out again ???
