He has acted like a coward in previous fights, yes.

However, you are viewing this emotionally and with clear bias, and making up your mind already without actually taking a look and thinking about what you're seeing.

I don't like Cintron. I think he's a *****. He didn't jump, though. He fell. Anyone who thinks he jumped is being irrational.

Nah, the way he pushes off with the leg when he sees the gap in the ropes is unreal.
He pushed off and jumped, to what end, who knows, but he did jump.

Oh FFS. Yes, he pushed off the mat with his foot. The same way EVERYBODY DOES WHEN THEY WALK OR RUN. He was stumbling. Right before that final push-off that ultimately sends him through the ropes, he does the same thing with his other foot. The same way human beings do when they walk, run, or stumble. The kid was trying to right himself but his balance sucked. He launched himself out of the ring clumsily, yes - but intentionally? That's horse****.

Dude for all his flaws, and as much as I hate him he is an amazing physical talent. There were times throughout his career that he has done amazing things in sparring. On the right day he is physically capable of beating anyone. Before he fought Elio Ortiz he boxed 24 rounds with Bernard Hopkins. They sparred 6 rounds 4 times. (HYLAND... 6x4 is 24 just in case that was too much for you.) Of those 24 rounds it is accurate to say that they split 12 rounds a piece. He looked like a world beater. Three days later he quit in sparring with Derrik parks. Unfortunately there is just something wrong inside him, and what ever it is it poisons every aspect of his life.

I don't really care about Cintron. Strange **** happens with him all the time. Having said that, I don't want to think any professional fighter would intentionally do something as dumb as that.

Now having said that....when I watched it live, it looked like a jump(before I saw the replay). Then when I saw the replay I definately thought it was a jump. When I see it on youtube I still think it's a jump. He was tripped, yes. But it didn't generate enough momentum to send him flying out of the ring as he took the extra hop. And I'm convinced he could have kept himself in the ring whether by falling down(and breaking his fall) instead of taking the extra hop or grabbing for the damn rope...theres no way he couldn't have kept himself in the ring.

Feel free to disagree but that's just what I saw.

Fighters have looked for ways out of a fight before. Why would Cintron be the exception?
