Any sane fan knows that PAc was not/never and shouldn't have been chosen as fighter of the decade lol... He is the most liked aggressive fighter of the decade. True fighters of the decade don't ask a man to fight him at 145 for his title lol...

pac aint even a real welter yet he is good enough to beat most, thats why he is fighter of the decade. he puts it all on the line for greatness.

Floyd doesn't "retire" he wins fighter of the decade.

Does Floyd get paid for being fighter of the decade? Why should he care, it don't pay bills.

Barrera - Win (J.Jones beat him faster x2 in his prime)
Marquez - Draw and SD win (most thought he lost x2)
Morales - Loss (Only beat him after Raheem dominated him)
Hatton - (KO'd by Floyd 2 years earlier)
    Cotto - (Ruined by Margarito, catch-weight, paper-belt)

Barrera, Marquez, and Morales were all smaller than Pacquiao, as well.

Decent, but not enough for FOTD.

True fighters of the decade don't come in at 146, when the weight limit was 144 against a 35yr old man that never fought above 135 lol....

morales and marquez, the are all cakewalk for me. easy for you to say when you fought marquez at welterweight.

you don't understand why pacquiao got fighter of the decade because you retired when you have a chance to beat the best the welter has to offer. now beating an old man mosley and you are so cocky all of a sudden that you have to disrepect pac and name him poochiao. what a bitter ****. i want to be a fan but you have no respect for other fighters.
