    I think it's only Floyd who requires Pacquiao to undergo the additional olympic style drug testing. Other boxers doesn't require such testing. Boxing commissions in the USA also doesn't require such testing.

    Roach wouldn't let Pac fight Yuri Foreman because of the height and physical advantages, how will he let Pac fight WIlliams who is roughly 2" taller and has a much larger reach than Foreman?

    besides that....arum still needs him to be a prized champ undefeated and unscathed....when he loses one...then he will throw risk out the window.
