Just cannot see it, there is way to much risk involved in him fighting those guys, he will not pick a bum, but like Paulie, will be someone who is tailor made for Khan.I will come on here and give him his props if he fights someone like Bradley or Alexander, i just don't think it is going to happen.

Campbell is kinda difficult to judge, cos he did start off really late in teh pro-game, he only started fighting in 2000, which is around the same time as Audley lol so he could have a few miles left on his clock, but i dont see him getting past Ortiz.

He's got no choice mate, he's getting £1million a fight from golden boy, which HBO are picking the tab up for, so he cant fight bums, even Bradley/Alexander cant guarantee that much money, so he's got no choice but to fight them.

I totally agree that any of them fighters would be a risk. But for him to gain the respect of the US audiance,(which is pretty hard for a Brit to do IMO) he has to fight a top fighter in either his next fight or the fight after. Otherwise people will call him a fake

Naaah! Hatton VS Khan is a total mismatch at this stage of Hattons career, I think Khan would sail to an easy decision or even a late stoppage.

And I would also like to disagree about you stating he won't beat Paulie lol. You have to log on next week and admit you were wrong if he beats him! lol. And Khan does lose, I won't be logging on at all next week! :D

He kills hatton at this stage. Prime for prime would have been interesting, but at this stage, and after a long lay off, Kahn schools him

They are trying to turn him into a future cash cow, they need him to build a name for himself fighting well known people with the risk factor kept as low as possible. I do not think that they will risk putting him in their with the likes of Bradley or Alexander because he ahs yet to prove that his chin up to the task, and it is impossible for him to prove anything with regards to his chin fighting Paulie.

He has not gained the respect from people in his own country so i really don't think that he will be bothered trying to gain the respect of America.

I think Bradley might be the ideal person for this. He is by no means a big puncher like Maidana and, to a lesser extent Devon. Although he is the best all round boxer in the division IMO

Why go fighting over there then? The only reason is to either a) fight the best fighters or b) make the most money, which he will not doing fighting second class fighters if he beats an established name like Paulie

Hatton losing to Floyd and PAC doesn't make Khan a favorite.
I think people highly underestimate Hatton and overestimate Khan abilities,
especially his resistance against punchers and pressure fighters.

I believe his reasons were because he wanted to be become a superstar in boxing and he said that America is the place to do that, and I agree. Lets hope it all works out for him. But with Freddie Roach in his corner and Golden Boy promoting him, I find it hard to see any bad coming from this. As long as he steps up the competition and all, but lets have it riiiight, Paulie is a tough guy and he appears to be at the top of this game at the moment, so I think people are actually over-looking Paulie a lot just because he can't punch.
