Who is faster Manny or Floyd?

THEY ARE DIFFERENT IN DIFFERENT AREAS....PAC HAS FASTER FOOT MOVEMENT..I BELIEVE FLOYD HAS THE QUICKER HANDS...OVERALL I CANT DECIDE IT'S SO CLOSE

Don't really know who's faster than who, but its clear no one else is on their level at the moment.

 

PBF is faster. He has faster reflexes and can get off one shot with more accuracy faster. Pac can throw combos faster though.

 

Mayweather = Faster 1-2 punch(es).
Pacquiao = Faster combinations.

 

Overall speed it's Floyd easily. Pac even made a clear statement after May 1st about how he has to increase his speed to compete with Floyd.

Mayweather has the better reflexes, and all around mobility. Pac can throw combinations a bit faster.

 

Pac. Floyd isn't as fast at 147 and up as he had been at 140 and lower.

 

Hands = Manny
Feet = Floyd
Reflexes = Floyd

 

Is Pacquiao just as fast at 147 as he was below 147?

manny's footwork is ridiculous.

 

I've actually started to notice a slight difference in the speed of Pacquiao's punches, first in the Cotto bout...but then again in the Clottey bout. Comparing these two bouts to his bouts with De la Hoya and Hatton, you can see a slight decrease in speed...not much, but the move to Welter has definitely had an effect.

 

Floyd has the fastest one hand shot, Pacquiao has the faster combinations. Khan is faster than Manny - Hand speed wise and foot speed according to Roach

 

Maybe not as fast as he was at 122. But his handspeed at 147 looks just as fast as it did while he was at 130.
