I always got a good laugh from Mayorga...
It would be great to see him shock everybody and choke this MMA guy out!

Thomas is a decent fighter. He will most likely make Mayorga look like absolute garbage in MMA. Mayorga needs to stick to boxing or retire.

Mayorga looks kinda fast in that vid

And it seems he still has some pop behind those punches

Even though Mayorga is not at his best in which he even admits hes not training as he should for this guy. If he lands just one shot this guy is lights out just like an old Ron Mercer did to Tim Sylvia who was a UFC champ two years prior to their bout in 9 seconds.

Even if that is the case, it's still a win-win situation for Mayorga. If he loses, eh who cares he is a Boxer and not to mention he is fat and old now. If he wins well, that is hilarious and very embarrassing for MMA and this Thomas fella.

I just dont like this at all.... Mayorga is one of my all time favorite fighters, and i dont want to see him fed to some mma guy who likes to talk **** about boxing now that hes old, fat, and seemingly almost retired from boxing.

If Mayorga wins and then comes back to boxing that would be great (id still love to see a fight between him and angulo)

What hes making with shine has to be peanuts compared to what hed make back in boxing.

I realise though that its kings ***** ass that is making this problem.... i hate don king. are ANY of his fighters active?

    Mayorga vs Cintron
    Mayorga vs Angulo

are still two fights id like to see even at this stage of mayorgas career, i still think those are winnable fights actually.

But all in all i just wish mayorga would retire...

Regardless of how past it mayorga is, when Din beats him the headlines will still read 'MMA fighter beats ex boxing champion' and that doesnt sit well with me, especially when hes one of my favorite fighters.

I just pray Mayorga is able to land a bomb on dins face and end it quickly, and come back to boxing.

I hope he does call out Mayweather and HBO gets the fight made. I like Mayorga, but I don't think he'll have a chance. I just want to see a 24/7 with both of these guys. It would be great to see what these two would have to say to each other. Also I would love to see Mayorga knock Pac's ass out.

I hope he gets another boxing match, any boxing match. He could easily lose to Thomas in a number of ways, but win or lose, he should be boxing.

Mayorga vs Angulo, Margarito, Cotto, Cintron, Williams at 54....all interesting fights.

Trust me Mayorga would not lose. I know he is not training, but with those gloves, it just takes one punch. Even Ron Mercer said it when he wears those gloves he feels like he could knock a polar bear down:lol:. And that is a very old Ron Mercer knocking out a guy who was a UFC champ two years prior than that in 9 seconds. Mayorga could you surely do the same thing even at this stage of his career.

Mayorga said he didnt want to fight Angulo cuz Don King was giving him peanuts to fight him.
