No ridiculously obvious answers, please. I like learning new things when I come to this forum, rarely as I do lately, not to rehash Walcott/Marciano or Graham/Jackson for the nth time.

Anyway, what fighters most consistently cold cocked their opponents out? We're talking guy face down on the canvas, not even attempting to beat the 10 count they're so far removed from their senses. Completely unconscious.

Arthur Abraham is one of the best active examples I can think of. His late fight KO's of Gevor and Taylor are some of the most devastating of recent years.

Video would go a long way in making this a good thread.

Tim Witherspoon did this several times with his super sneaky overhand right.

Witherspoon/Broad was one of the most brutal finishes I've ever seen... Several full power power shots with a helpless Broad stuck on the ropes, referee not intervening.

And before anyone brings the thread down with generic cookie cutter replies...

Great job with the reading comprehension you guys.

On top of generic answers, we have Foreman being named, a clubbing puncher who almost never in a decades long career put anyone out face down on the canvas.

ricardo moreno: 60 wins, 59 knockouts, 52 KO's. amazing record for a cat who was apparently not that great a boxer and only got one title shot. his only non knockout win was by DQ

He was a Featherweight bomber in the 60's. His first round KO loss to Davey Moore is available on Youtube, though it's not really much of an indicator.
