    From the Scene

The Doctor from Saturday Night is Looking To Defend Himself by stating that he asked Twice if Cintron was ok and ok to continue and Cintron replied ''No''

He admits to calling the fight to end, he said if Cintron asked ''give me a moment....'' the fight would of went on, As soon as the fight was finished he said ''i want to fight, don't take the fight from me''

I'm not a fan of Cintron and yesterday summed him up really. I don't believe he dived but i believe he tried antics and it back fired on him. His crying and acting and faking. Guys a downright Clown and makes mockery of this sport.

What you guys think, I don't think the Doctor would lie about this, Cintron didn't even attempt to get up and was groaning like a ***** on the floor.

    Thoughts???

Personally i hope he don't get any more airtime but i know some of you like Kermit.

I'm really not sure on this one. I know Kermit has a bad reputation for this kinda thing but i thought he looked quite good in the first 4 rounds and Williams is looking like a knockout waiting to happen at the minute.

He definitely didn't deliberately dive through the ropes, there was a tangle of feet and the ropes were basically long strings of spaghetti. It was a fairly heavy landing on the table and, listening to his interview below, he says he landed on his lower back and it totally took the wind out of him and he couldn't breathe. Once he'd said he couldn't breathe and pointed to his lower back he reckons the doctors wouldn't let the fight go as they thought he had a punctured lung.

I don't know man, its a hard one to call. He'd just hurt Williams seconds earlier so why would he take this route out? Kermit wasn't happy with the doctor so maybe the doc saying this is to try and protect his reputation? I don't know, i aint a particularly big fan of Cintron either but i dont wanna let his reputation go before him on this one.

At the time, I thought he dislocated his shoulder, so I thought 'fair enough'. But I've seen the fall so many times, and seriously **** all happens. I've fallen down the stairs, doing multiple rolls before and got back up. All Kermit the frog did was fall about onto a table then roll off it. Didn't hit his head on anything, didn't fall even that awkwardly. I'm suspicious to say the least :think

Thing is in the Video he stuttering and seems to be thinking about what happens next!
He landed on table then seems to fling himself onto floor. What i noticed if he so bothered and this is a sport of machismo and if he was fine! as he puts it why didn't he get up and say **** this let me fight!!! and get back into ring rather then allowing them to wheel stretcher out. He said he was fine...he didn't show it!

Didn't really fall far, just out of the ring on to a level surface, he didn't even try getting up at all, just layed there, he may of thought he was seriously injured or something.

I suppose so, although they still didn't give him the 5 minutes he was entitled to, they called it off pretty quickly so he probably didn't have a chance to get up and challenge it.

As i say i'm pretty sceptical either way, i just can't for the life of me see why he would want the easy way out when he's just hurt Williams and is winning one of the biggest fights of his career.

Hmm, who even heard of a boxer getting winded during a fight and carrying on? Even when a boxer gets totally winded during a fight, and fails to beat the count, they're usually up walking around after half a minute. See De La Hoya against Hopkins as a random example. In this case, Cintron would've had 5 minutes (or more?) to recover.

Not to sure what to think still. He had a great start defensively i thought and was picking his own shots nicely. The one time he really loaded up and landed he shook Williams. Hard to say i like Cintron as a boxer but he sounds like a shitty person in every other aspect. Not sure how to take it really. Cintron has made the most of a lot of things, the Martinez shot, the injury against Feliciano and now this. Its his own fault people are picking holes in it with his reputation.

So far i have heard Cintrons comments, Ronnie Shields and now the refs i think there will be a few more coming soon.

For me it was a bit of a dive through ropes, roll off table, ***** like a big girl over **** all type of situation.

    Disgrace.

He's a faker. Doesn't deserve any more big fights that could potentially embarrass the sport.

To me that was a blatant cop out, never fell very far and there was no impact anywhere to wind him or injure him. Back peddling in interview coz he feels a dick. And rightly so.
