he did draw the bigger numbers but not sure at the moment. I don't think floyd could do 700k fighting clottey. Floyd does great numbers because he chooses the right opponents, there is no reason why he should get more money. 50/50 is still fair.

Yeah The Pretty Pretty One's fights are watchable... if you're into a man smelling his own armpit... LOL!!!:lol::lol: As far as fixed fights I'm sure Mosely being a co-owner of Golden Boy Productions didn't have a financial interest in losing to the Pretty One... I thought Oscar was going to tackle Mosely in the ring if he hit Brittle Hands in the head one more time.:good

I guess when you said I get creative with my numbers to make Floyd look good doesn't mean I make the numbers up. :nut

The way you implied it is that I make up PPV numbers to make Floyd look good, what other way is it? That I said I could see the fight doing over 2 million?

Which I don't see how anyone can say that's stupid because this was the biggest fight since Mayweather-DLH.

Stop lying. Jesus, whats up with people lying to try to make themselves look good?

I don't think official numbers have even come out for Mosley-Mayweather yet.

    Marquez looks about right

Hatton was about 850,000 US so that must include international buys too, or is just made up.

DLH was in that ballpark area but that's De La Hoya.

Baldomir was no where near that high, I think his first 3 PPV fights were Gatti, Judah and Baldomir and they got somehwere in the area of 300 - 350,000 buys each, Mayweather didn't really do big business until he fiught De La Hoya.

Getting a gold star on your 1st grade math quiz doesn't make you a PPV analyst.

Nice so it's superfight and highly promoted, it's supposed to make over Pac/Cotto figures. But people still compare it to that.

Just so you know the hatton number is bull****.

It did 1.4 ppv buys in the UK alone and around 850k in the US. So even if that is international buys that dont add up at all. **** WIKI

I wish I could take the post seriously, until you started your man love for Floyd.

Lets not forget as well that two of Mayweather opponents that were shown on PPV had big followings i.e. De La Hoya and Hatton.

For a start, you added it up wrong.

    Pac-Morales trilogy = 1mil+
    Pac-JMM 2 = 420k
    Pac-MAB 2 = 350k
    Pac-Solis = 250k
    Pac-Diaz = 225k
    Pac-DLH = 1.4mil
    Pac-Cotto = 1.25mil
    Pac-Hatton = 850k
    Pac-Clottey = 700k

    = 6,445,000

Thats adding up their total ppv generated, as it should be.
