Yea, and if you look at the names left they either declined or they're no better than Albert.

Sos aint nothing special but considering he had no amatuer background and learned on the fly there aint no shame in dropping a decision or 3 or 5.It's not as if he was ever some HW hopeful.Sos is a overachiever and he is getting his shot through being in a weak era and through hard work.

McCline lost to Lawrence,He drew with Austin and was up on points against Rahman before getting caught in the final round.(BOXREC:D)If Sosnowski was worth a hoot than losing to Lawrence would be shameful but we know where he stands!

Sosnowski can't be a bum, he's beaten a couple of decent hws, but i'd hardly laugh off Thompson and Valuev both of whom have beaten more b/c level hws than sosnowski. Thompson also gave wlad one of his toughest fights. But, as already pointed out as undeserving as sosnowski is, there's not too many other willing, available, and better hw's.

I'd rather see Sosnowski give it his all than see 10 rounds of predictable Valuev. Thompson? If he can't fight Wlad how will he fight Vitali?

Just enough to justify him as stay-busy fight for Vitali. I admit he improved somewhat recently, and he deserves his EBU title... but this time he is not fighting old Vidoz or shot Williams. He will be lucky to survive the distance

You say that to me when you have to nerve to bring up an unkown European class fighter.Vitali should have tried harder to get a credible opponent in the ring.

Thomposon:tall opponent, gave Wlad a competitive fight, willing to fight Vitali (stated himself).

Adamek: That was before Arreola. He was willing to fight Vital.

Solis: relatively unexperienced but still better than the Polish fighter. he was willing to fight Vitali (stated himself many times)

James Toney: interesting fight from a marketing standpoint in the US. Toney is still a name, the Polish fighter is not. toney was willing to fight Vitali. (stated himslef many times)

Valuev: They could not find an agreement. Maybe that is also a bit vitali's fault I do not know.

I know i've seen the whole fight ,the point is u shouldnt be judging a fighter due to one particular incident

Btw blade , solis was offered to fight, he didnt want to. Thats when sosnowski was invited.

Provide proof that those guys were available (except Toney, he's worse than Sosnowski). Lol at Toney being a bigger name than Sosnowski, Vitali is getting money from the polish fans that will travel to Poland + from PolSat, Toney offers, what exactly? It's sad that some idiots think there's no world otuside the US, of course it's not surprising coming from you, who call "two russian guys" to Sosnowski and Vitali.

Then people would say he is fighting Wlad's leftovers. Seriously, if you can't beat Wlad you don't even need to think about Vitali, just no point.
Adamak had an offer to fight Vitali. Guess what happend, he fought Jason Estrada. Adamek may become a Klitschko victim in the near future but the fight for May had long been made before Adamek fought Arreola, he was simply not available for that date. If Vitali had waited for the outcome of that fight he would have about 3/4 of inactivity.
Well, apparently there were talks and obviously they couldn't reach an agreement.
Goddammit, Toney is a joke, his name should even be mentioned in a discussion for a title fight. The only thing he delivers nowadays is comic relief.
    Don King, nuff said.

Everyone would have like he better opponent but the if the choice is between inactivity and a Sosnowski type of opponent, I'll take the latter.

You are correct. Vitali offered Solis a title shot but they declined it.

Solis' US promoter Bob Arum couldn't get an HBO date for May so the talks fell through. There was interest by Solis' camp but eventually they declined.

    See Arum's interview here: http://www.saddoboxing.com/11667-odlanier-solis-5.html

They could not reach an agreement for Valuev and Solis. Well then they should try harder instead of going forward and facing a Polish bum.

Your comments regarding James Toney are a disgrace. You have the nerve to call the ATG James Toney "a joke" when Vitali takes on the unknown and unproven Polish fighter.

Vitali by quick KO, what the hell do you guys expect from this Polish fighter, he is unproven, a European class fighter, Vitali is clearly the best, he will destroy this guy, period.
