:good Cotto looked good until he started getting hit so that's why I come the conclusion that the 2lbs made no difference.

Pacquiao belongs in top 45 ATG since 2007.

Pacquiao in 2009 belong in top 20 ATG by now.

I am in the minority, and I know you did not ask but I have seen you ask several people: I picked Pacquiao by KO and was very confident about it. I saw the writing on the wall with Cotto, and always felt he was over-rated to a degree by his fans. My opinion of Cotto has never changed since he was an up and comer: good fighter, exciting, but will never be great.

Suspect chin, leaky defense, flat footed, has no right hand, gets caught up in exchanges while forgetting his fight plan: Perfect for a guy like Manny, IMO.

Congressman Pacquiao is on the Top 20 currently, on the way to the Top 10 bracket after he retires.

Pacquiao ahead of everyone boxing actively, plus it would be something if he fights another trilogy either Marquez, Barrera.

Your poll does not have a option of ranking PAc higher than 50 so why would anyone vote...?

Pac is no lower than 65, AND he is penalized by me for asking Cotto to weigh in at 145, and Cotto was the champion...
