Dude, he ran all 12 rounds! The only thing he was feeling his way into was his new track shoes.

Plenty of men have fought Valuev before Haye....they fought the first round too. That's what we expected him to do, especially after all the ****-talking he did.

It's true. If you watch the fights it is clear that Ruiz, Holyfield and Chagaev all beat Valuev - and none of them ran like little bitches throughout the fight.

Haye fans like to say that Haye was "smart" in his running because he was fighting a seven foot monster. Bull****. He fought like a limpdick.
Ruiz, Holy and Chagaev proved this.

Yet PBF rescheduled the fight to a couple months later. Haye ducked kilt and squirmmed outta the fight. I want to like DH b/c the klits are so f'n boring to watch, but haye really is a premadona. He appears to be homosexual during his fights. His cornerman comes at him like they're about to make out or something. Big contrast to a man's man cornerman like the dude who trains arthur abraham. King arthur had a brutal broken jaw against miranda and between round this dude would yell and slap arthur in the face. Not saying that was smart, just noticing a huge contrast.

I know Haye ran for the 12 rounds but i believe after he hurt his hand (in round 2 or 3 i think) that was the main reason why he ran.

Obviously we will never know for sure but i do think Haye probably would have threw a bit more leather if he hadn't hurt his hand, imo.

Erm no they don't, they hype him as having a world title belt, but clearly always mention the possibility of a fight with the Klits, all of the sporting media make it clear Haye has to beat a Klit to be considered top man at HW and to say otherwise is very silly

British press are the worst in the world.

Not saying that their good journalists aren't any good. It's just that the mass media ones (the gutter, lowest common denominator journos that all countries seem to have) are well known as being shyte.

It really isn't any wonder that Haye's Gays post such rubbish.

The headlines may be naive and misleading but if you read the actual articles they are not so bad.

They give Haye credit for beating Valuev but mention rightly that Despie Hayes power he never really hurt the big guy until the last round.

A lot of British press do concede that Haye does need to fight the Klits to be regarded as the best.

The "Greatest since Ali" is just a quote from Richard Schaefer. Most papers, good and bad, use quotes as attention grabbing headlines. If you read Schaefer's explanation its also not as bad or far fetched as the headline suggests. He is not saying Haye is talent wise the best since Ali. He is saying talent plus charisma wise he is the best since Ali. As Schaefer points out, Lewis was great but he was hardly charismatic.

I don't entirely agree with Schaefer, but look beyond the attention grabbing headline (which is the point of a headline) and what he says is not as ludicrous.

Don't get me wrong. The Brittish press can be God awful. Unless it is an actual boxing fan/fighter writing the piece (Hart, McGuigan), it is usually a journo who is an all around sport fan but certainly not an expert on boxing who is left to write the article. Most probably because the better journo's for that rag are busy writing football articles.

it's the reason haye needs alot more money than the klitschko's offered him before to take the fight. like i said before, the british media have took a liking for david haye, which in british sports means you're going to make alot of money. haye is a now a PPV draw in england, and if he fights either klitschko, the fight will do one million sales, possibly more. the situation has changed.

What were the PPV numbers for Haye - Ruiz? Oh they weren't released? Wonder why, maybe not as impressive as Haye - Valuev?
