A shot Pinklon Thomas and a Past it Carl Williams is still miles better than anything on FATBOYS Resume. Please tell me a good win that proves fatboy is even a decent fighter.

Pinklon THomas was Tooooooootally shot and even Chazz Witherspoon,Jammeel Mccline had more left than Thomas. Ill give you williams although past it he was still a decent fighter at the time. Bottom line Arreola would have never got blasted the way Morrison did against Michael bennt. And no way does Tommy go all those rounds with Vitlai.

Arreola is not a bad fighter, just a lazy one when it comes to gym work. He fights with a lot heart, he was a decorated amatuer and has pretty good skills. If he managed to get himself into decent condition he could probably of been champion. That being said, there is no way Morrison just blows him out. Hes proven to have a sturdy chin, and take a good shot, thats why he has his chances to nail Morrison. Its a compelling fight that could play out something like Morrison Hipp with both guys going through the meat grinder and either one stopping the other late.

Anarci going for the Mexican guy? ...I'm flabbergasted.

In all seriousness, I'd favor Morrison to do a number on Arreola who I really don't rate at all. They say he has fast hands in combination for a guy his size but I completely disagree. He's one of the slowest so-called elite Heavyweights I've seen for a long time, and his feet are even slower. Not great punching form, and Vitali is not a one punch knockout artist, Walker had Arreola in serious trouble. Morrison, if he lands a left hook on you, can shut out the lights and that's what I think he'd do here.

    Morrison KO3 Arreola.

I don't think Adamek would have administered a clinic on Morrison either though...so what's your point?

Morrison was knocked out by an inexperienced fighter in 1 round and was hurt by just about everyone he fought. As the fight progressed he became even less efficient with his stamina issues. He had the one big great equalizer in his lefthook, but Arreola is a live dog in this one.
Adamek didnt easily beat Arreola either, the fight was competitive, and Adamek boxes and moves way more than Morrison did.

I gave Arreola ...2..maybe 3 rounds. It was pretty one-sided.

As I say, I wouldn't favor Adamek to put a clinic on Morrison or even beat Morrison...but in the context of this thread and this discussion, it means absolutely nothing.

Im shocked how good people think Morrison was. He was not a good fighter. He had a lefthook, no jab, a **** chin and horrible stamina. **** the Foreman fight, it has no comparison. Foreman fought at half the speed that Arreola does. If Arreola makes it past four rounds Morrisons in big trouble. Look what sturdy but comparable guys like Joe Hipp and even Ross Purrity were able to do to Morrison, take him to the brink of death. :yep

Point is Morrison isnt that good. Arreola isnt that much better, but he has some intangibles that would stand up well against Morrison, high workrate, decent chin, size, and power. I dont recall Arreola being dropped two or three times by journeyman in fights either.

I don't recall Arreola beating really...anybody...ever...either. Whereas Morrison defeated Foreman and Ruddock, infinitely more impressive than anything Arreola has done or is likely to ever do.

Arreola is painfully slow...I'd expect him to walk right in on a hook and get flattened. Say what you like about Tommy but he could knockdown buildings.

It was a werid knockdown that Arreola didn't even appear hurt from, he got right back and put Walker down twice with a barrage of sloppy but strong combos.
