He won those 1st 2 rounds! He may have been on his way to getting knocked the **** out later in the fight, but he deserved the win because he was winning on the damn cards.

I would tend to agree with this assessment if not for the fact HE JUMPED OUT OF THE RING AND PLAYED CORPSE ON THE FLOOR.

It appears he quit, so I have no sympathy. If anyone would have been robbed, it would have been Paul.

What's to prevent boxers from doing this all the time?

He'll set a new precedent. You shouldn't award cheaters and quiters.

    That's bull****.

He don't deserve to win and Williams don't deserve to win either. This ain't a 4th round fight. It should been a no contest point blank. But it's not Williams fault that Cintron fake an injury.

I thought he was winning and could not get why Lederman had Williams up, based on what, missing?

It was a joke. Should have absolutely been a NC.

He was winning either 2-1 or perhaps even 3-0 and was completely outboxing Williams. I know people hate to hear that but... it's true.

    No. It's your opinion.

And you have to be prepared for people to disagree with it before you call them idiots and say they should never watch boxing again.

That is what I initially thought, but according to California rules, they made the right decision to put it to points.

Whether Williams won on points or not is debatable, but I'm glad he did get it as Kermit the Frog is a *****.

California's rules are asinine. That's why boxing needs universal rules. But in any case, I had Cintron ahead.

I thought Cintron was ahead 2-1, but I don't think that's in any way indicative of how the fight would have unfolded. Regardless, Cintron took the easy way out and tried to scam a decision, so I'm not really upset about the fact he lost. Hopefully, he's true to his word and never fights again.

Oh I know that, but I don't like the california rules, but then again because it wasn't a foul, I think it would of been a TKO for Williams under unified rules

    OHHHH!!!!

I thought this thread was about a stick up robbery. Not a quitter quitting.

Amen. It's easily obvious that Cintron took an easy way out cause Williams was starting on the attack in the 4th round.
