Mayweather knows Manny is someone who can seriously challenge his so called "unblemished" record. Floyd cannot dictate the rules of the game, he is not the athletic commission. Whatever is already acceptable is what should be exercised, and olympic style drug testing is just not one of them. This is just another ploy by Floyd so he can avoid losing to a legitimate challenger. He may be unbeaten but that's the problem, as people still seriously question his ability to take on legitimate challengers in the welterweight division.

 

So,Floyd knew that Pac was a threat and knew Pac didn't like giving blood, so he set it up that Pac would agree to his blood testing then back out?

 

He coulda.
He could have looked online at why pac lost to morales the first time and saw he gave the excuse of blood work.

all i know is pac has been terribly mis managed, especially by arum and roach some of the inconsistencies coming out the mouths of Roach,Arum, Konzc and ariza have been incriminating. the guy is a massive star inn the filipines he doesnt read eastsideboxing or have any idea what any hard-core boxing fan is saying about him. all he see's is everyone around him tellin him how great he is. fighter of the decade p4p#1 he doesnt see all the things roach has said about drug testing seriously puts his achievments into question. If Mayweather and GBP were so concerned about cleaning up boxing, then how come none of the fighters on the under card of Mosley v Mayweather did the blood tests? Answer that one smart arse
