It needs to be done for all fights period. Doing it for big fights is doing it half way.

My thing is, if it's only done for big time fights. Guys take take this stuff early in their careers, until the reach the level where testing would start, cheating people who have never used it. They take L's to users of PEDs and lose opportunities to make bigger fights.

Also it's a fighter safety issue, no?

 

Pac's team still insists on the drug testing of the state they fight in. Floyd's USADA testing ain't gonna do it for them.
