    Because neither is under suspicion of using prohibited drugs.

    You seem fairly opinionated on the matter in Pac's favour, which is cool - but you haven't given a good reason for Pac not to agree to a random test.

    Seems a litte strange to me that Arum wants to make the fight in Texas?
    A place were he already knows Floyd does not want to fight. Just adds to my theory that Bob Arum is keeping his money as far away from Floyd as he can.

    I think it should be on a case by case basis but i like that this could be implemented in boxing..AWESOME NEWS ..PAC FANS PROBABLY HATE IT BUT WHATEVER

    You can't put a fight like this in ****ing Dallas, one of America's most boring big cities. People paying $1500 a ticket should have access to other entertainment fight week. Vegas or bust.
