That Khan's speed is not really THAT amazing? I know he's fast, but people act like his combinations are like a Leonard
It's relative. He's very fast for his weight range right now. Not p4p all time. Anyone claiming anything close to the latter is just an overzealous fan.
No, he's damn fast. I know we have a tendency to romanticize fighters of old (I'm very guilty of this myself), so I don't blame anyone for doing it. But if you look at his full extension (from shoulder to fist), it really is exceptionally fast.
watch tapes side by side of a few matches (in good quality). you can't really tell from watching 1 or 2 of a guy's fights. you become used to that speed.
Hes not that fast. Hes fightin bums too like so if hes able to hit them easily hes gonna look faster cos he will b able to throw combinations. Against a gud fighter he will not hav fast combinations and will get KTFO.
Totally agree.....Khan is exceptionally fast, although speed alone wins nothing, i can see Khan losing more fights down the line. Btw i think everyone romanticises fighters of old, like Floyd will be even better in 20 years time lol (even tho is he class now)
But yeah, Khan is pretty fast, I was just watching an open work-out video and he throws like 5 punch combos in about a second! Anybody that says Khan "Is not that fast" Is a hater, straight up!
He's very fast, but to be fair his competition has not been stellar. I'll be interested to see how he's able to use and maintain that speed when fighting a step-up in talent (starting this weekend).
say what u like about khan. His big mouth his glass chin anyfing. But one thing u have to giv him credit for is his speed. He is very fast. Credit where credit is due
