Pavlik to take summer break...

I think they should throw him in with some can in a couple months at 168. Just to keep in "there" if he plans on continuing with his career.

 

Pavlik has the money to take a summer break.

 

What!!! How many breaks does he need? This guy needs to get serious. I've supported him since I watched him beat up McKart, but this after that, is sad... Get up or get out Pav.... This ain't spring break Cancun..

 

So, a rematch of any one of his successful MW title defenses then?

 

I'm predicting more stories about a boozed up Kelly Pavlik wondering the streets of Youngstown fighting chefs and bar patrons.

 

Well, he needs a few good wins any way he can get em..

He has to make up for time lost in training camp, and his last fight cut right into spring break so he needs to redeem himself.

taking the summer off? after such a great performance....why not just sit out 2011 as well?

 

He'd be going against a significantly faster man with a damn good jaw. I don't see him knocking Kessler out or outpointing him at all.
