Manny. He needs to tell Arum to **** OFF and make his own move. I know Arum is in his business way too much and Pac probably trusts him more than he should but in the end, Pacquiao has to write his own destiny here.

It also doesn't help how things went in the negotiations with Mayweather the 1st time around. That may influence Pac's thinking, maybe he just doesn't want to deal with that circus **** anymore.

But in the end, Pacquiao has to tell Bob to make the fight with Mayweather happen.
