he could do that in spurts but to win, he will have to take the approach of getting in pac's face like he did with mosley. mayweather nullified mosley offense by pressuring mosley and still making him miss. he going to have to do this to discourage pacquaio

If only Mayweather shared the same confidence as the TS has, I think the fight is already done by now.

he has to. you can pressure pac and has success but you have to be able to do it and be defensive aware as well. mayweather showed this ability against mosley, a stronger fighter then pac. at some point, mnayweatehr will have to use his strength on pac. and if you didnt know, mayweather is a very good inside fighter. maybe better then pac who is more of a midrange type of fighter

Corrales....was involved in an ATG fight in 2005...

    Barrera....is an ATG.

    And there lies the difference.

zab judah is a south paw but does not fight anything like pac..

but mayweather has fought plenty of over aggressive head hunting defenseless fighters.. and mosley and pac, like hatton and pac, also have a lot of similarities

people will go into the fight with may and pac stating the same things as mosley and may and hatton and may....

how will may deal with the hand speed, power, and aggressive offense of pac...they said that about mosley and may as well as hatton and may...(except with hatton it was the body punching power, which at the time was seen as the way to beat may because of the JLC fight, and the fact that hatton just stopped JLC by way of a body punch)

thats all im saying...and each one was supposed to be better than the last...

DLH was better, and more powerfull than JLC

Hatton was more aggressive than DLH

Mosley was better than anyone that floyd ever faced and has the speed power and aggressiveness to beat floyd

now its pac is better than mosley...

cotto cleary won the first rd of the pac fight by effectivetly pressuring behind the jab. cotto's problem was consistency and alot of that had to do with the great speed advantage pac had on him. mayweather is much faster then cotto.

    yeah its true that.

i think thats bull**** about how he doesnt watch his opponents footage by the way. i think hes watched more than enough pacquiao footage to know what hes about. even if he starts slow, he'll know better than to let pacquiao land one early on so he will keep his distance from the opening bell.
