i thought williams looked in reasonable shape, belly didnt look like a major problem either. degale looked like a bag off **** no way he should be hitting the limit looks too soft.

Initially that weight makes you think he'd be fat but he doesn't look in bad shape to be fair, not got a steaming 6 pack but he's got definition and you can see some sort of ab, he's a big bloke that's for sure, the size of those arms and shoulders!

I still think 18 stone Plus, is his best weight.
