khans recent behaviour is concerning me

Most people don't give a **** whether Khan is Pakistani or not, but it's always them that play the race card when it suits them.

 

Can see Khan going the same way as Naz if he doesn't get a grip. Seems the humbling experience of the Prescott pasting is a distant memory.

He looks different to me. Maybe its the result of some kind of substance but his face and eyes looks different.

 

It seems he's moving around with a bunch of losers in LA, a group of rappers pretending to be Mexican (Mr Capon-e, Miss Lady Pinks (the fake blonde shouting at the end of the weigh-in video)).

He looks like someone who gets easily impressed by BS.

If he stuck to training and boxing, he's got the talent to reach the stage where cheap rapper outfits wouldn't even be allowed near his premises.

I noticed that too. He does look different. Now I was mad as hell when people started accusing Pac of taking substances without any evidence so I'm the last person who's gonna accuse Khan of something like that.

As far as his behaviour is concerned. I have no problem with him texting women pics of himself. It was incredibly dumb of him to do that but no harm done. To those saying it's "disgusting" etc. Get a grip. Is he married? No. Is he even in a relationship? No. Did that woman have a problem with it or was she in a relationship? No. Next.

I have no problem with him going out to nightclubs. You can have fun and work hard at the same time. If he's drinking and not taking care of himself that's different but this is a 23 year old single guy. The opponent he's facing does the same thing. Paulie said himself he trains for his fights 5 days a week and goes out at the weekends, and in his own words "****s a ***** or two" and then back to training on Monday. These guys are humans, not machines, and like I said before. You CAN be a good role model and party at the same time. This guy did not sign up to be a monk.

The whole thing about him being sucked in by the Hollywood lifestyle, I don't get it either. If you were a young, single millionaire and in LA, what would you do when you weren't training or resting?

It's funny how nearly everything the guy does seems to offend people. Like Prima says, get a grip. All he needs is a new a PR guy cuz he comes out with some dumb ****. He's not the sharpest guy. To be fair Khan did **** all wrong today.. nothing more or less then Paulie. It ends there. Nothing more than handbags.. didnt even see any punches being thrown.

It is a FACT though that Khan gets judged by a different yard stick to other boxers.

 

i'll tell you what the problem is.

1) he's hanging around with yes men that don't know nothing about boxing. it's these people that are causing him problems.

2) he's thick.

3) he's pakistani descent. yes some might not like to hear that, but lets be real here theres tension rising, and some people don't like him just for that very reason.

4) bad management. sky ppv too early, and didn't go the british route and so on.

5) knocking people over in cars is not good.

6) playing the race card even if true won't win english fans.

7) claiming to be something he's not yet, which is better than cotto and so on.

do you know theres so many reasons, i can't be bothered to name anymore.

Your trying to make out that Amir Khan is some kind of bad person, it is obvious you have a big personal problem with Amir Khan. Most of the reason's you have stated are ****ing stupid.

You need to get a ****ing big grip of yourself.

1) Freddie Roach is not a yes man.

2) He's a Millionaire, and WBA World Champion.

3) You stupid ****ing ****, he cannot change who he is. And he should be proud of his descent. You ****..!

4) He's making plenty of money, and has a bigger fan base than most UK Fighters. Bigger than David Haye in my opinion, only Ricky Hatton is above him.

5) So he made a mistake.

PK, BoxingScience has got it right and he isn't hating on Amir at all, but simply pointing out the ground facts.

Absolutely. The bandwagon is a bit too big. There should only be his dad, maybe his brother, and otherwise only professionals. Hamed had a similar problem (too many people hanging around) and Pacquiao even MORE so, even though he gets away with it due to sheer brilliance.

Hatton had a huge fan base but managed to keep a safe distance. They weren't living with him, climbing on the stage with him, etc...

Unfortunately true. Needs to avoid all public statements unless approved of by someone more intelligent.

Sad but true. It's not really that they say "ok, he's asian and I don't like him", but they wait for him to say/do something stupid, and then crack down hard on it like he's done something unheard of, whereas everyone else is doing it as well.

PPV too early, but the management was damn good to get him all the way up so fast. The British route becomes insignificant if he goes on to beat the big boys at 140.
