I'm a Haye fan, as well a a fan of many other boxers.....touch wood he does fight a K bro before the year is out as then his credibility for me will take a real knock. He has won the belt, beat the mandatory and now the time is right for a K bro.

If he doesn't he only has himself to blame for the backlash. We'll have to see.

Of course im biased, it is national pride.

its why i want mitchell to win tonight, why i want khan to win tonight, why i want england to win the world cup.

the facts are facts. booth is negotiating with k2. vitali will retire soon. if haye first beats vitali, haye v wlad will prob be the biggest fight in history.

i suppose you dont see the logic in that tho.

Professional boxing has ZERO to do with national pride. A pro doesn't box for you or his nation, he boxes for the paycheck.

You're a fool if you naively support a boxer regardless of their behavior/performance in- and outside of the ring just because you share the same nationality.

Yes, he sure did. But some are still foolish enough to hang on to his ball sack!

He wants to hold on to his belts... and live life being called a heavyweight champion...at least for a while before he gives the belts to wlad.

Oh dear, when a fighter has the biggest fight of his life right in front of him and wont take it, its not good and especially after telling everyone for ages this is the fight he wants!! Its happening again with haye, can somebody not reason with him?? Just make the fight like you said you wanted to do and stop making excuse after excuse

You would be surprised at how many sports have proven fatal.

    Even cricket.

You have to try harder if you are looking for justification to support Haye. At least cricketers "represent their country" officially, playing with their colours, with their name, and more than once a year.

Use yours. When did Haye say he was going to retire again? Sure, he is gonna fight both brothers in that time...
