I just can't see how Pauli can pull it off

His power won't hurt Khan and under Roach I can't see how Malignaggi can keep Khan off him for 12 rounds and win by points

How does everybody see a possible Malignaggi win?

    Does Pauli have a chance?

No. This is why Khan has picked this fight. This was the easy option.

Of course he does. Khan isn't that great. Paulie would beat the Khan of the Kotelnik fight hands down. The question is: How much has Khan improved?

The only way Paulie can win is if he outboxes Khan decisively. The judges will favor Khan in close rounds, so Paulie cannot win a close decision. Paulie also probably can't win by knockout. It will be very hard for Paulie to thoroughly outbox Khan as Khan is bigger, longer, arguably faster, and can handle a jab relatively well. Paulie was handpicked for a reason. Paulie is a good fighter, but he does not match up well with Khan. Paulie basically has almost no shot at winning.

Paulie most definetly has a 'chance'.
People would be stupid to think otherwise.

Yep, a decent one I guess. I pick Khan for the fight, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's close, a draw or Malignagger takes it.

He definitely has a chance, the problem is he's well know to have pillows in his gloves, all the reason why he was desirable to khan's camp...if he can circle around khan and maintain a consistent jab, well i've seen weirder things happen... I still think Khan in a UD though.....

if paulie keeps his head in the game...and boxes him. ...no clowning and dropping hands and sticking his chin out. He can outbox khan.. if khan hits him he needs to keep his composure and not be foolish. whitaker lost to judges many times because of that.

Paulie is not a big puncher...but he is a good boxer and very fast. His knockout days ended with the surgery of his hands.

Khan is already cocky...and now that he is heated... I believe he is coming straight forward.. I see Paulie circling around him and jab festing him

Are people underestimating how crap Khans chin actually is?? I think even Pauli can hurt him.

I see Kahn getting hit alot this fight ,I believe Paulie hands are getting better each fight and if you go into a fight thinking and looking at past fights ...what happens a shocker.

Khan is a talented kid and has the tools to win this going away. BUT, Paulie is tough and has some good skills of his own. He's looked very good at times and has looked not so good at times.

If he can get through the first few rounds relatively unscathed he has a chance. But i expect Khan to come out of the gates strong and try to overwhelm paulie with his speed and power so as to not let paulie get settled in.

If paulie can survive the first three rounds and get his bearings, he has a chance. Small...but a chance nonetheless.

On what do people base these ridiculous opinions. Khan has never yet fought anyone who has knowingly posed a threat.

***an a journeyman, a shot Barrera, Kotelnik who is a European level fighter at best followed by Salita who was a joke.

Compare that with Paulie who has been in with Cotto, Hatton, Diaz twice...

Tonight will be the first time we see Khan in a fight against a actual challenger at his weight, all these crazy ideas that Khan is going to blast him out in a few rounds or totally dominate are unfounded, perhaps he will, but the fact is wheras Paulie has solid proof of his ability to operate at this level, Khan has none, and its all predictions and ideas based on the fact we know he is very fit and very fast.

I think this has Paulie by a clear 12 round decision all over it.
