He did step up to the plate back in sept but it didn't happen cause the hbo didn't want it cause Dzin is an unknown and cause of Dzin ex promoters. Right now it be hard to make Williams vs Dzin to happen cause like i said hbo is not interested in that fight cause Dzin is an unknown. Let Dzin fight Angulo (right now the wbo interim champion) or maybe Cintron on espn so it be a good exposure for Williams vs Dzin to happen.

Wrong cause after Pavlik pulled out for the first time, Williams wanted to fight Dzin next for an oct fight but hbo don't want to put up the money and Dzin got to deal with his ex promoter so after that hbo wanted Williams vs Pavlik to schedule another date in which was december.

Dzin does have the better wins, he seems like a no-bull**** take care of business type of fighter, but Angulo's been fighting alot more aggressive since he lost to Cintron and has a solid, solid chin. Style-wise this fight has potential to be a great one. I wanna see it!
