I don't know but I think trinidad (level A) .. would have problem with martinez/berto/mayweather maybe pac .. but I think he would've knocked out williams and mayb pac

Ike Quartey wasn't a B level fighter you clown.
He was WBA Welterweight champ for 5 years and gave Oscar a much tougher fight than Trinidad and Whitaker could.
He was a monster at 147, with one of the best jabs ever seen there.
He definately would've been on par with Pac, Mayweather and Mosley. I don't know about dominate though, Welterweight is probably the deepest division today.
However I can imagine that happening in the divisions above 147, as there are no real top quality fighters, minus maybe Dawson.

Sorry, no B level fighter from any era is dominating today's heavies with the Klitschkos around. Maybe when they retire, yes

This thread doesn't know where it's going, and a lot of people don't know what "B Level" means. That said, there's no hard and fast definition... so, whatever.

Nah, the Klitschko brothers are top level. They'd have been forces in any division in history.

Whitaker was well past his prime when he fought Oscar, and many people think he beat Oscar.
