That's because he step in with Mayweather. Mayweather style makes a lot of people look like that. If Mosley fought any other WW that night, he would have looked good.

And Mayweather dominated Marquez who probably should have got the win against Pac twice.

Mayweather and Mosely being 2 & 3 was stupid anyway. It made no sense. You're right Mayweather chose to fight a person that jumped up two weight divisions and it was HIS FIRST time at that weight. Then BAM, that fight vaulted him to # 2. LOL!!! A ****ing joke!!! Next, we come to Mosely a totally different conundrum all by itself. There needs to be a time limit on how long a person can be on anybody's list. Mosely didn't fight for 17 months and how he kept his #3 status was SHOULD have raised alarm bells. Oh, well such is money and politics... It's like the Obama declaring the other day that 9.9% unemployment is a good thing, even though he promised after he spent ONE TRILLION DOLLARS that unemployment wouldn't go above 8%. :patsch

    :patsch

ROFLMAO!!! Judging by Mosely's LACK of punch output after the 2nd round, Mayweather not taking Mosely's title makes all the sense in the world. Boxing needs to establish rules when one boxer who holds a FINANCIAL stake in PROMOTING an OPPONENTS next match. IT's a CONFLICT OF INTEREST... :hi:

Right, and Marquez wasn't outmatched as a welterweight
People were laughing at Hatton and De La Hoya when they claimed they were fighting for the P4P#1 spot against Pac.
But it's ok for Mayweather to beat up a little guy (weighing over the limit to make it worse) and then a top 5 guy and take top spot, not even bothering to fight the #1?
Absolute joke, and a travesty to rank Mayweather above Pac. Which is why 99.9% of lists have it right with Pac at the top of their lists

Punch output tends to go down when every time a fighter throws he is getting caught clean.

Oh yeah, he beat him big time right Keith? You think he would have gotten the nod if that 0 wasn't on the end of his record when they fought? After Mosley beat Margocheato he came out of the mess looking pretty damn well. We'll see if Cotto can get a close decision against Foreman; Arum's serving up his old best friend in New York.

Did I say it's all official? :patsch Are you saying that I'm wrong for saying that it doesn't work it doesn't work like the belt title rankings? Don't try to be a smart-ass if you're not smart because you'll only make yourself look like an ass.
