Peterson should find a top twenty fighter he can beat and make himself a bit more relevant...

From what I hear no one wants to fight him. I've never seen someone who gave such fits to the number 1 person in the division, not get a good fight after a good showing in a loss. Peterson gets swept under the carpet and ignored, while frauds and hypejobs like Khan, Paulie, and Ortiz get repeated exposure on HBO after being KO'd by club fighters, quiting, or their only claim to fame is getting beat down for 12 rounds, their face broken, but not getting KO'd.

Peterson has beaten absolutely nobody. You can't deride 'hypejobs' (who all have far better wins) on the one hand and then complain that another guy who has beaten nobody isn't getting enough hype. He got a shot against Bradley that he hadn't really done anything to warrent, couldn't take the chance, now he might have to earn his next one. Big deal.

Who has Khan beaten at 140? Who has Ortiz beaten at 140? They all have about as equal resume as Peterson.

Khan has a legitimate win over a top ten fighter in Kotelnik (beat Maidana, close loss to a better version of Witter than Bradley or Alexander fought).

Do tell who Peterson has beaten that even approaches that?

Khan has Kotelnik, 1 fighter who struggled with a fighter than Khan outrighted ducked, and you want me to chalk that up as good, then you want to say he lost to Witter like that is great. Sorry, Khan hasnt fought **** at 140, I will say he is taking a step up in fighting Paulie but that is just a testament to how much he has been baby handled, I only say that because of how much hype and press HBO tries to give him, compared to all the other young guns at 140. 2 fights ago HBO didn't even put Tim Bradley's name and picture at the top of the 140 landscape.

But if you want to say who has Lamont fought that is better than Kotelnik, it is Tim Bradley.

Now tell me about the great Ortiz's resume.

No I wanted you to tell me who Peterson has beaten. What's his best win, and we'll compare that to Kotelnik?

Yeah the string of South American taxi driver super featherweights that he beat sure proved that he's equivalent to a top ten light welterweight :rofl:patsch
