Congrats Paulie

This guy's taking the ****. Paulie's can take an ass beating though, one thing you can't question about him in the ring.

But he fell horribly short once again against a top class opponent, after talking it up and disrespecting them to no end before the fight. If he's gonna talk **** like he's Ali and then prove such little resistance, he does not deserve props.

 

i bashed him, said he wouldnt a round. i think i really disliked him because of his dumb ass fans....they make it hard to. but with all that said, when hes not being an ass, he has big balls and is world class....just not elite...but he is in the deepest division out there...im no super fan of khan or paulie...but i respect his skills and heart ...no doubt about it.....

 

Agreed, Khan used his reach and height to his advantage, as you are supposed to......(paul williams take a hint)....I thought paulie did ok with the left hook, khan out jabbed a jabber, which can be done easy.....

I'm just curious why paulie fought an offensive fight?.....never has paulie done that...I think paulie did better in this fight than the hatton fight...paulie didnt do **** in the hatton fight, ironically he won around there....

paulie was pure heart....just reaffrimed why I'm a fan....Khan was just too much...

 

I hate Paulie Malignaggi with a passion. But I actually liked the way he fought tonight even if he was dominated. He looked like he was trying to sit down on some punches.

 

I'm assuming he did it because he felt he was against an opponent he could actually hurt.

You can admire his will power, but he totally fought the wrong fight, actually trying to slug it out too many times against Amir, who has ample power, equal speed and deadly accuracy. His corner was giving him the right advice about movement and distance but he was simply unable to execute. Lederman was right, his legs are probably shot.

I thought Kahn put on an impressive schooling over Paulie....in no way was Paulie shot or on the decline...Kahn just flat out kicked his ass fair and square.

 

paulie is great when is only talking but inside the ring he sucks why not try to take another job? I guess news anchor, commentator anything that you can use your big mouth will suites you.

 

Paulie is a tough guy but he's not a top level fighter,any time he's stepped up he's been outclassed,he gets big fights because he's a character and has a big mouth..

 

He's skilled to a degree,got outboxed by ricky hatton who's a brawler but i like Paulie,he's a good guy and a tough man..
