I saw that on Boxrec's schedule the other day. Thought it was a mistake.

Fair play to Perez. I know the guys he was fighting are not that good and they were only 4 rounders but you got to give respect to someone who does that. Especially after being out of the ring for over year and not being that experienced himself.

I know and I see your point, but since this wasn't a tourney it is highly unusual. I've never seen or heard about it before.
It's a nice and inventive way to climb up the rankings a bit faster. I hope they're going to set a standard for this.

I believe George Chuvalo did this twice. Once two fights, and I could be wrong but at the beginning of his career I believe he entered a competition and knocked out four straight guys in a day. That's George Chueffingvalo, people. Salute that name when I type it.

Before that he hasn't been busy, so he's able to fight two times in one night, especially if the opponents are tomato cans. He still needs to be more consistently busy.
