I would feel sorry for Khan, because Floyd would dismantle and then KO him. Just...so many levels apart.

Although I WILL admit that Khan's handspeed, jab and combinations could pose an initial problem or two.

I wouldn't go as far as to make that comparison. Khan's speed is very much comparable to Floyd's; not to mention Khan can actually move laterally.

Hmmmm I cant see Khan being ready before at least 4 more fights! so thats in two years, Money will likely be retired by then!

What has Khan done to be mentioned in the same sentence as Money May? Nothing.

Yep 18 months like Roach said but its far from clear if he is going to remain as marketable till then... in a tear up he could end up on the floor (I mean before meeting Mayweather).

Berto's not a G.B. fighter so he is inherently a long shot. Ideally, G.B. would want Khan-Hatton first in the UK as a springboard to Khan - Mayweather, I would guess.

So Khan beats the lightest hitting fighter in boxing and he's being mentioned in the same sentence with the #1 fighter in the world? WTF?

At first I thought this was a stupid idea, but you mentioned how it would make business sense for everyone. From Floyd's perspective, what kind of fighter would turn down a low risk high pay fight? For Khan if he takes on the biggest name in the sport that raises his stock.

Mayweather's criteria for potential opponent's is prioritized by who can assist him best in selling PPV's. That and the fact that both are represented by G.B. legitimizes Khan to me mentioned.

Khan/Hatton would be a big money fight. Khan definitely could make bank fighting Hatton then Money. But his career would be over at age 25 because Money would ruin him.
