Seems like Khan and Ortiz are good pals

Ortiz is a cool dude.

 

anyone got a video of that so i can hear what they were talking about.

 

Well from what I remember (and I've not got the video sorry), they both congratulated each other on their performances, and were really happy for one another. Then one of the reporters asked them if they would fight one another in the future, to which they both replied along the lines of "yeah sure, this is boxing bla bla bla"

 

i think this will be a mega fight in 2 years time. golden boy see that they both have that fan appeal like delahoya.

i think golden boy want khan to get rid of maidana and bradley and for ortiz to deal with alexander and peterson. if they both are successful then it will be a huge ppv fight. ortiz got way too much critisism after the maidana fight, he probably was looking too far ahead and not concentrate on who he was fighting next.

I'll probably never learn my lesson.

 

I do wonder what happens to Ortiz if he goes through another tough fight.

If he does well and gets through it though, we might look back on the fight with Marcos, a fight in which he stopped the fight, as a smart move because it may have saved his health and career . Young fighters that take beatings don't always come back.

I think there may be a difference between khan getting blasted out early and a fighter going through a war.

We'll see though.

He needs his mind to have full desire on winning and nothing else. No quit.

But first he has to reach that full maturity both mentally and physically.
