LOL at the dumb bitches in this thread that dont get the point. The point is idiots is that you are all calling Khan #1 or #2 respectfully while he is beating #5 and #10 guys who he is supposed to beat. Bradley took on TOUGH fights and tough fighters. Holt and Peterson are/were better and more of a threat than anyone Khan has fought or will fight next. Alexander is on Khans level. But Bradley accomplished more to establish he is top dog. He has been champ the longest and fought the better fighters. He showed a great chin and heart and pretty much proved what he was made of. Khan's offense is not in question but his chin and intangibles are. Of course he can box a guy up.. but what if he is in there against somebody who can fight.. and gets past his jab and works his ass. He showed a non existent infighting ability so to me he may be a little more fragile than say an Alexander. But of course a good jab and good fire power looks good against guys with 0 fire power(Paulie) and C level fighters.

Calm yourself down, Cornel West. The same can be said for Bradley, Alexander, and Maidana. Your post implies that Bradley and Alexander would have almost 100% certainty that Bradley and Alexander would walk through Maidana.

The truth is that Bradley, Alexander, Maidana, Khan, Ortiz et al, need to all fight each other. Just because Maidana beat the crap out of Ortiz doesn't mean that Ortiz automatically loses to everyone Maidana loses to in the 140 class. If Maidana gets his ass kicked by Alexander, that doesn't mean that Ortiz doesn't have Alexander's number and negate his chances of beating Alexander.

If you think that statement is ridiculous...then your post in truth is not genuine, Mr. Cornel West. You'd be just another biased poster.

Khan did what he had to do against a hand picked opponent. I think some people are getting carried away. Malignaggi was chosen for him because he can't punch. I give credit to Khan for winning the fight but i don't think he would beat Alexander, Bradley or Ortiz. I don't think the hype will do him any good at all. He will get exposed by the names i have mentioned. GBP want to make money out of him, and will protect him from the top guys.

That is exactly what I BELIEVE!!!! Maidana was getting BLASTED by a fighter (Ortiz) with NO Defense nor Stamina. Bradley and Alexander's Skill by far surpasses Ortiz on their WORST DAY!!! And Bradley Work-Rate is phenomenal.

holy cow my grammar was hideous. I commend you for making sense of what I was trying to say

Still...while I agree that Bradley & Alexander appear to be superiorly skilled, no one can say for certain how they would hold up under the extreme pressure of someone with devastating power like Maidana. Would I bet on Bradley & Alexander to beat Maidana? Hell yes. Still...that doesn't mean Maidana should be written off in a prospective showdown, because he could very well end up beating either of those guys.

Like I said...they all need to fight each other. Khan foregoing either Bradley or Alexander is just as much of a free pass as Alexander or Bradley foregoing Maidana should Khan get through Maidana. You get what I'm sayin, Cornel West?
