Most of the americans think hell ko khan easy . That urango ko was sweet and started all the hype. But even in that fight, the judges scorecards were split in who was winning just before the ko. Urango was catching. But look at it this way, if khan had fought urango and witter, Im pretty sure he would have won in similar circumstances. At the end of the day we all know it comes down to khan proving his chin,if he does,then hell clean out 140 imo.
He really wants to be fighting 3 times a year, and before the pauli fight he was off for 6 months which was the longest break in his career, hope they do it at the M.E.N

why are people still talking about breidis prescott fighting khan again? i could understand if prescott was top 10 ranked but he isnt anywhere near it. khan is WAY ahead of prescott now so theres no point in talking up a fight which khan doesnt need. a good idea would be for frank warren to sign up prescott and get him up there fighting top 10 fighters, then THAT will make for good talk about a rematch in the future :good
What would be the point? Prescott has gone downhill, and now Khan owns a belt Prescott has to earn the right to face Khan again.
Suprised the number of people on here who are obsessed with Khan's lack of chin aren't clammering for this rematch to see him KOd again. For me, easy nights work if he boxes right, gets to stay busy, would sell tickets here and generate media interest so despite Prescott being an unworthy challenger I could live with this and would probably go and watch. He's got plenty of time to take on the other champs and contenders.
It's still an interesting match-up because we're not sure how Khan copes with the wild brawler style, but Maidana offers that challenge as well as actually being a decent boxer with decent credentials. Kill two birds with one stone and fight him. Taking on Prescott at this stage would really be an excuse for an easy fight more than anything.
If Khan wants a stay busy fight he could always have a ten rounder on the undercard of Marquez vs Diaz 2. I don't see the big deal really. Not every fight has to be a title fight. The last thing boxing needs is another tomato can like Salita getting a title opportunity.
