So he does. Still don't think that the Marquez/Diaz undercard (on either side of the Atlantic) is the right place for this fight, that ten weeks is the right build up for this fight, or that either fighter would take such a potentially big fight for short money at such notice. Nor should they.

If they went with the original date then it would only be 8 weeks which is even less doable.

Could Katsidis not easily make 140, i know Mitchell only recently stepped up to lightweight, but Katsidis looked a huge build compared to him, he also looked very powerful, never seen him fight b4, although seen clips and he looks 1 tough ****er, reminds me of mel gibson in mad max 3, i think he could be a real force at £140

Shame. You make a good case. Maybe Zab will fght Khan. I'm just skimming over all the B-fighters and/or Lightweights that Khan might possibly fight....David Diaz

That would be a good fight. I think he should fight a 140 pounder next, whoever it is. Katsidis is a different weight so he shouldnt be being discussed. Katsidis is a pointless fight for Khan anyway. He has no title at 140.

The advantage of Katsidis is that he brings name recognition in the UK. Peterson is completely unknown, has never actually beaten anyone worth mentioning and is hence probably more risk than reward.

It would be a good scalp, he is a good young fighter and this was bradleys best win according to most of the americans. But youre right, no chance of happening with him having no recognition over here.

Nacho might have to reject this again. Anybody heard if this is a credible rumor or not?

probably a fighter that khan is looking at, i know he was interested in it before. i would love for khan to fight katsidis though as kats is stong and good. he's got a habit of stopping our fighters early, and it'll be up to khan to change that, and i'm not sure if he can. i would favour kats in this one.
