Just noticed that on One HD tonight there is a boxing program called Johnny Lewis Boxing Classics. Looks like its a weekly show too. Anyone watched this before ?
They have shown real crap fights and i dont think it will improve however Johnny will be putting his name to some locally promoted fights that should be good on the local scene. they wont live up to the classic scene but will be good nights
you have to give it to them though, finding some of the greats in their most obscure and **** fights can be no easy task.
goodnight i agree i can see johnny now in the vault at One HD looking through the tapes and seeing Hagler v Bobby Watts January 76 and him saying look at this classic. next thing its on the TV and he is introducing it saying " what dickhead thought this was a good fight "
yea the show has been brought up many times on here.. Like everybody has said and I have mentioned in previous threads, they are far from classics.. They show fights from a future star's early career. Hardly entertaining stuff.

Twenty years back but Tommy can hardly string a sentence together these sadly let alone a combination .
