^This. Those are the reasons that I work out in the morning whether it's jogging or going to the gym.

Early twilight provides the most inspiring light when compiling Rockesque training montage videos.

I think it is true because as you know starch is digested in the mouth and immidiately after eating blood sugar level is high.If someone works out at that time then the body doesnt really need to breakdown any fat.there will be enough sugar in the blood for the work out or running.Eventually the sugar levels will go down as you work out but this reduces the effects of the work out by a certain percentage.

I have read many articles which say you need to continously be doing an activity which keeps your heartbeat at a certain level for 20 minutes before you can start burning fat.The same articles claim however that if you had just eaten the time is increased to more than the 20 minutes which means you need to work out longer to achieve same result as someone who hadnt eaten.

quieter, less people, less pollution etc

Running is very important imo when I used to train it helped me drop weight and improve my stamina!

dont get me wrong, when i boxed i too loved running at night, its more a mental thing for most fighters

physically there shouldn't be a difference between running in the night/evening/morning
