Lol...you're all debating a set of fictitious demands!! There is no source yet your making such disparaging comments and coming up with silly presumptions....where's the sense in any of that?! Let ish become official...and then you can pick out the problems... Both sets of fans are making valid points...both fighters will try to squeeze as much as they can out of the other fighter...both will make some concessions and hopefully they'll get it on this year... These two are the best fighters in their classes on the planet....Nobody's ducking....it's just both realise how pivotal this moment is in boxing history and are trying what they can to gain the upper hand.... The fight will happen...it can't not. Since there's pretty much got to be a winner....my money's on floyd (pardon the poor pun)
Right? Umh you didn't address my point. Floyd gets 40 mil for Mosely fight (after PPV money). Floyd will want 50 for Pac fight (after PPV money)....money not there. I'll revise my last post though. DLH Mayweather did 2.45M which means that Pac Mayweather would have to do just 350,000 more buys then that fight did. This is still an almost unreachable target as DLH at that time was still more of an atraction then Floyd or Mayweather ever will be.
the purse will be sorted out there are just a lot of egos in both camps, the only problem will be the drug testing, floyd wont budge in my opinion, just hope pacquiao does the right thing and does the tests then the fight should happen.
Its what I was thinking when I read your post. I'm sorry I didn't want to get into the whole keyboard warrior thing so I changed it. my appologies for being a dick.
$25M means they are guaranteed. i know that they would get the bulk of the revenues on the PPV but arum is either confident that it would smash PPV record or it would generate huge amount of money that $25M guarantee each is doable less the actual PPV sales. ticket prices would jack-up, cinema showing, international rights and PPVs. floyd-mosley would be dwarfed by this fight. i don't know why you think floyd would earn less with this fight by having a 50-50 share. PPV are percentage of the total buys so if floyd and pac are virtually guaranteed 15 or 20% each of the PPV buys, it would not make their earnings less unless this becomes a PPV dud which it would certainly be not. also please link iole's article about the economics of this fight so i can understand your point.
No **** before it was Pac doesn't need the money and doesn't care about money. Despite his track record of wanting more in his fights see Hatton and Cotto for reference.
Amazing how puga went off on Floyd and his fans for the original post, yet there is no source. Just made up bull****.
these are my first posts: This content is protected i only went off with that **** when some floyd fans are defending floyd if he will ever make these split demands.
