no but he was the challenger so that dictates the amount he recieves
one things for sure he wont be earning anything near that for his next bout back to the york hall and a purse of around 5k for topping the bill there

Plus Warren will have gotten quite a bit from that Rainham Steel sponsorship deal.

Maybe that will be the kick up the backside he needs to get his act together and actually start living the lifestyle.

The most shocking thing about this is that while he was taking shots at Khan for his lack of preperation/Late nghts, he was doing the exact same sh!t, yet with a straight face he was acting like the consumate proffesional, now as a fan, that is hard to take.

Rainham are a small local firm arent they? I cant see them having paid too much money for sponsoring the fight, although i could be very wrong lol

    Are they ****

They are one of the biggest in their field.... and it's a ****ing big field :good

India and China have basically cornered the market in sales of steel sections and can be partly blamed for the massive slump in construction over the past two years.

Lets break it down just for fun:
    tickets 50 x 15 000 = 750 000
    tv rights = 100 000
    sponsorships merchandise misc = 50 000

    so a pot of £900 000

    costs
    purses £500 000
    venue £150 000
    security £50 000
    judges and officials £20 000
    misc £50 000

    total £770 000

    profit £130 000

    not bad give or take

He may have made a loss, seemed very angry at the suggestions Mitchell wasn't training properly.

He seemed angry but the more sums i do the more i think he made a profit obviously Frank is probably angry if you think he is looking over the long term for PPV a possible Marquez match etc etc

I forgot programs! im guessing they wer £10 the advertising in the programs pays for the printing costs so he sells a few thousand programmes that brings 30k

Mitchell blew tons of money on flash crap when he 1st started out, Warrens bailed him out with mortgage payments (way beyond the duties of a promoter) and told him to get his act together. As my avi shows im a fan of Kev but was let down when I heard about cutting corners in training, imagine how Frank would be feeling. Its cool you guys are working out Franks profit for the Upton Park show but perhaps more relevent to the thread is how much he and Mitchell have lost in a lucrative fight with Marquez or even Khan? Hey FW got many faults but he seems to look after his fighters
