You're kidding right? Khan brings 5x as much money as Tim Bradley, Bradley hasn't had a payday nowhere near what Khan has.
Alexander seems to be the most feared, and respected. On this site, people give him alot of props. I think it's the fight people want to see the most. Anyone who follows the sport knows Alexander as top 2 or 3 in a stacked division.....it's a pay per view fight people, the money is better than a regular fight on HBO.
But I feel that Bradley has a better shot at getting a money fight in a higher weight class, especially since he is..well, like I said, more proven. Do you really think that Khan and Alexander are better fighters at this point in time?
True, but Roach won't put him in with Bradley or Alexander yet, he's not ready. They don't want to ruin a good thing just yet. Look for Kahn to fight names that are made to order for the next year, at least.
Don't see the point in this, Floyd and Pac are probably not interested in fighting Bradley, Berto will get a shot before he does. Theres still better options for him at 140, I'd like to see Bradley against Judah.
There aren't that many fights at welter anymore. I can see him as an opponent for either in the next year if he fights 3 times.
Man, you Mutha'Fukas' in ESB are a F***ING JOKE!!!! In Bradley 21st fight he went "Across the Pond" into hostile territory and fought Witter in his backyard. Then Cherry, Holt, Campbell and an Undefeated Lamont Peterson. Bradley has ducked NO-ONE. Freddie Roach has said "There is No way Pacquiao would fight Bradley or Alexander because they don't bring "Big Money" or name recognition". Yet He's (Roach and Bitchiao) are willing to fight Yuri Foreman (The Cash Cow:rofl). So if Bradley and Alexander need and/or wants to fight a couple more fights Maidana, Koltenik, Ortiz, Khan, Mabuza, JMM, to build up a future clash between Bradley vs Alexander....I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH IT. Yet it's OK for KHAN to build HYPE from fighting series of NO-NAMES then Come "Across the Pond" and fight the absolute WEAKEST Mutha'fuka' in the division...Mailignaggi. All within the same number of fights as bradley and Alexander (in fact Devon has only 20 fights and already has stopped two former Belt-Holders). Bradley just beat Lamont Peterson....I guarantee you that Khan does'nt have the BALLS to fight Lamont Peterson. It's Hilarious to Listen to Posters Scream for Bradley and Alexander to fight each other...Yet Juanma, Caballero, Gamboa, John, have been Avoiding each other for the past 18 months. This content is protected
Yeah I see your point, he'd have to beat someone like clottey or mosley and make people take notice. He'd still be in competition with berto, margarito, martinez and paul williams to get those big fights.
You cant have it both ways.. the same reasons you gave for bradleys not fighting alexander are the same reason people gave for juanma not fighting gamboa or celestino.. they're building the fight up for more money since there's not enough money right now.. but that excuse is not good when it comes to juanma but now you're using it to defend bradley.. lol funny.. we have a lot of lawyers on this site :hat
By the way if bradley can still make 140lbs he should fight at 140 i'm tired of seeing guys moving up in weight for the wrong reasons.... fighters used to fight almost their whole careers at one weight nowadays boxers move up like crazy :hat
ahhh...so you consider it the same when a group of 4 fighters have been dancing around each other for 18 months close to two years. And the Money thing is complete BULL****!!!! A fight in NY or Miami with the Large Boricua and Cuban population...Gamboa and Juanma can get paid!!! Bradley and Alexander have only been talked about for the past 2 months. In fact Alexander stopped Witter as an UNDERCARD FIGHT. Juanma has been the featured fighter (Main Event) for the past two years. So Please...GTFOH!!!!
140 is a hot division with some real talent but these guys at the weight are just not globally recognised enough. After the Mayweather Mosley fight, in Vegas, was speaking to a Mosley fan he was really gutted about the result. I mentioned Amir Khan's next fight... he didn't even know who the **** Amir Khan was! What does this tell you? It tells you that no matter how hot this division is with talent, it's just not known globally with Khan being the biggest PPV most likely in the division, and most people barely know who the **** he is. So if Devon and Tim don't fight each other next, then you know it's all about buisness because it's that to the fighters/promoters as much as it is entertainment to the fans of boxing.
he is a great fighter looking for other opportunities. i commend him. unless its official i wont comment on it.
you're losing a lot of credibility with this.. is ok for you to use that excuse but when it comes to juanma, gamboa and celestino is bull****.. is ok if it makes u feel better :hat
