1st off, Mosley is an elite mutli division world champion and he was the 1WW. Clottey is a guy who loses all of his big fights. Pacquiao was getting credit for punches, that were hitting Clottey's gloves and arms. And even if Pac did land more, so what, he throws way more punches, and is very inaccurate.
look at the excuses. so u dont blame floyd for coming over the contradicted weight! these are the type of fans we have to work with when u debate against floyd:tired:tired:tired:tired
actually the ts has a good point..pac is taking easy fights like Clottey and Margarito (maybe) INSTEAD OF FLOYD...THOSE FIGHTERS ARE GOOD BUT NOT NEARLY ON THE SAME LEVEL AS MAYWEATHER..CMON NOW MAN..FIGHTING A GUY WHO CROSSES HIS FEET, DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BLOCK WITH HIS GLOVES, NEVER WAS TAUGHT HOW TO "SLIP" A PUNCH IS NOT AS GOOD AS FLOYD NO MATTER HOW BIG:deal
floyd fights are all snoozfests. one pac fight thats not up to standard then u *****s get all uptight.
Floyd's fights are snoozefests for MMA fans and Pacquiao fans who only watch Pacquiao and learn about other boxers when they face Pacquiao.
Its not only that he landed more punches, but he also outlanded Clottey by a bigger margin in both ratio and number of punches. Punches that hit gloves and arms are not counted as landed punches, or else punchstats would say that Pac landed close to 1000 punches on Clottey. You know, the goal of boxing is to land more punches on your opponent than he lands on you. If I land 300 punches on my opponent, and he lands 100. Then that's better than if I land 200, and he lands 90. You know what I mean? I understand the whole idea about "hit and not get hit", but its not "Hit and not get hit without throwing many punches". If you can hit and not get hit in any way, then that's a good thing.
no!! i have been watching boxing before pac arrived and i think a lot of people would back me up when i say floyd is talented but one boring fighter.
More people appreciate his skills in the ring and enjoy watching him break opponents down than people who say he is boring. :deal
no! I can appreciate skill and many boxers in the past that i loved to watch like pernel but floyds style is one not to take risks because of his precious 0. which makes him a boring fighter to watch.
Dude the Mosley fight was ****ing boring. People walked out and hell I started to do crap around the house. Call me when Mosley wakes up from his slumber...
If pac put the schooling on mosley like mayweather did, watch how quick these *******s would have declared it the biggest schooling ever.
When he puts an epic beatdown on Hatton, Oscar, and Cotto, look how the Pac haters come out of the woods with a ton of excuses to discredit his wins.
