Mayweather has stated that he's better than any fighter Ali, Robinson etc. Lets review the resume and see how strong his claim is.

    Floyd is funny.

I just think Floyd doesn't want to down-grade his ranking own his own. You say someone else is better, and people quote you on it.

    Many people forget history anyway.

Some think Manny is the best.

You put some of the best ATG in their prime at WW right now, have only one belt and that belt is held by certain ATG...and Floyd and Pac are not in the WW division.

im no floyd hater but i fink its obvious who has better resume

floyd has been known as a ducker an there aint no smoke without fire

ali went outta his way 2 make fights wiv guys people sed wuld kill him in liston and foreman

after 3 years inactive he went after joe frazier who was dishing out ass whoopings 2 every1 at the time

floyd does have gr8 resume but 2 many question marks

2 much money involved makes fights harder to make these days aswell

jus look at how long its taking for pac money and ow long it took for shane mayweather

Do you expect him to say any different when he's still active? Ali called himself The Greatest when he was around and he doesn't even have a case either. And yes, Ali has the superior resumé and is higher up on an ATG list.

u didnt hear floyd saying he didnt want the fight cuz shane aint a ppv attraction

then he had no choice 2 fight him but still took care of business

    like floyd sed bout margarito
why fight him (despite enhancing legacy) for 6 when he can fight zab for 10

he fights for money, not for the best resume

but then so did a hell of alot of oter fighters

  11. Stoppage/KO wins over Frazier and Foreman... Floyd doesn't have anything like that on his resume... not even close.

This is getting a bit ridiculous. Professional athletes should be confident and think they're the best while active. I don't have any qualms with any athlete/boxer/etc saying their the greatest, guaranteeing victory or anything else. The guy isn't going to go out and say "yeah I'm pretty good, not great though. There are a lot of boxers better than me." That sounds really dumb
